Upstairs is the Master Suite with Cal King bed and ensuite bathroom. A second upstairs bedroom with a Queen bed is adjacent to a full bathroom with tub/shower combo.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, with a shower. Two bedrooms have Queen beds. The third bedroom has 3 single (twin) beds and a Samsung 40” flat screen HDTV and PlayStation.

Additional amenities: Fast high-speed Wi-Fi Internet throughout the house, A full-sized hot tub with privacy wall is located in the back patio. Propane grill upstairs on wrap-around deck outside kitchen. The game room includes a full-size pool table and ping pong table. The great room has a gas fireplace and Sony 55” flat-screen TV with HD, 3D, plus Blue Ray. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, cookware, electric appliances, Bosch dishwasher, double oven (1 convection and 1 standard), and a microwave. A washer and dryer are available for your convenience.
