Welcome to the 'Royal Pacific'. Luxury, peace, and serenity! This is not just an ordinary vacation rental it is a luxury experience with paired with our concierge services. Once you visit our home you will never want to leave. Imagine walking through the front door to enter into the most amazing ocean and golf course views. You will immediately know that you picked the right property. You will enter into the kitchen and great room which is more than big enough to seat your entire group and all with ocean and golf course views. You can find your inner chef by cooking gourmet meals in our commercial grade kitchen or we can hire a chef to cook your meals for you. We have two master bedrooms with their own baths and two additional bedrooms that share a full bath. The fifth bedroom has a queen sofa sleeper which doubles as a home theatre room which is a private area. There is also an additional queen sofa sleeper in the main living area which is not private. If cooking is not your forte than perhaps you will enjoy watching movies on our 70' led tv in our home theatre room or play a game of pool. Maybe you had a nice day playing golf or beachcombing and would like to relax in our 7' spa. Some of us just prefer to find a quiet spot with an ocean view where you can curl up and read a good book. You can do this in the sitting areas in both of the master bedrooms or relax on either of the two outside balconies. At night, curl up outside around our fire pit and make s'mores. The views are beautiful and there are two beaches within walking distance. Watching golf from the breakfast table was a daily entertainment for us. The hot tub worked great and the kitchen is extremely well stocked. We took advantage of the many games, jigsaw puzzles, TVs and movies. We would not hesitate to recommend. ##### Diane K. The home was beautiful. Beds very comfortable with very nice bedding. Appliances top notch. Well stocked with so many items you rarely find in other vacation rental homes . Melony was very responsive throughout the entire pre-booking questions and communications, the booking process and throughout our stay. It had all the amenities you could want, plus a kitchen loaded with cooking supplies. The space was perfect for hanging out and really made our trip memorable. We were able to enjoy some of the amenities in the community like bocci ball and pickle ball which was great fun. We spent tons of time in the family room staring out the window for hours watching people golf with the ocean views . Kids loved the theater room. Owners were quick to respond when we had a question. It was comfortable and relaxing. Melanie was responsive when we had questions and easy to work with. We liked that the living area (kitchen, family room, game table) were all on the same level so we could all be together as a family even if we were doing different things. ##### Heidi C. We consisted of myself and my spouse, 4 adult children with their spouses and one small 1 1/2 year old, 11 in total. This home was spectacular, it far surpassed our expectations! We do this trip every summer in different locations on the coast, and we all agreed that this was by far the the most well stocked and best home we have ever rented. My kids and two grandkids. The home was beautiful and clean. Fully stocked kitchen with beautiful ocean and golf course views. There was lots to do at the house, And cooking in the kitchen was a lot of fun. Just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay again. This was not the case here. The home is extraordinary. Its well laid out and and fully equipped for an extended stay. The location is also superb. And throughout the weekend we found ourselves hosting several of our family members for brunch and dinner. The house was plenty big enough between the hot tub, downstairs fire pit, kitchen, living room & big balconies, we had lots of areas for people to gather & have fun. And the media room was perfect for a football Sunday! Melony called when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed and let me to call her if there were any problems.
