"I purchase the premium bedroom with a queen size bed, instead I have a full size bed on a queen sized frame. Also, the Internet speed get overwhelmed in the afternoon (even Netflix keeps loading every 5 minutes) dirty floors, have to wear flip flops all the time. And lastly when they got in to clean, they just only did the bed but they left all garbage cans full, and they didn't clean the bathroom."

"Loved the drinks on the beach and Matt and Mike were excellent. Plus Kay at the bar. Also chair umbrellas and towel gentlemen were wonderful "

"Stay away from this place. Rooms look nothing like in picture. I booked ocean view based on pictures, room was terrible. Hallways always smelled like marijuana, tub did not drain properly so you had to stand in dirty shower water while bathing. Thermostat to room was disconnected so room was very hot in daytime and freezing at night. A complete dump of a hotel. "
