"Arrived at the hotel to only be told they have no reservations for me. After showing my confirmation email and credit card charge the front desk called the owner who said she was far away and there was nothing she could do since the unit was occupied already. After leaving embarrassed as other customers waited I found accommodation elsewhere. 45 minutes later I received a call asking me to return there was a mistake at the front desk and my reservations are found. Needless to say I did not...

"El apartamento me lo entregaron con muchas áreas sucias y no tan higiénicas. También tuve problema muchos días por la luz. Y dos de los tres aires acondicionados estaban dañados. La alfombra de la sala muy sucia , las sábanas tuve que comprar y ponerla encima de las que tenías porque huelen feo. La verdad que no fue agradable."

"The Vista Marina was okay. The listing was accurate however a few things needed updated like the furniture and the air conditioner was not too effective against the heat in the daytime and despite complaining twice, nothing was fixed. But besides that I would recommend, I especially liked the location and the restaurants around it. I will probably stay there again in a few months when I come back"
