When we arrived the oversized lawn was the site of a construction project, which continued throughout our month long stay. The management company was great. The owner, however, apparently thinks it is perfectly acceptable to take 36,000 from a guest and not deliver the property she represented. We had traveled over 1,000 miles to get there, had booked the property for a month and were basically stuck. The owner, Marilyn Rich of San Rafael, is a real estate licensee in California and should know that it is not okay to misrepresent property that you are offering to the public. ##### Keith H.
