« The Grove Park Inn used to be a five star property. It’s a 3 at best today. We went to the GPI to celebrate my son’s birthday. Just to hit the high notes, the service from the staff was terrible. They obviously have very little training in hospitality. Absolutely no enthusiasm by the person in the Cafe, the Concierge, or the wait staff. Additionally, the Edison restaurant was a big disappointment. Our waiter rushed us through our dinner, even though there were very few guests in the restaurant....

« Stayed in a 50's themed Caboose on a Bison ranch. It was clean and a perfect resting vacation. We sat on the porch and watched the bison roam within 10 feet from our perch. An amazing weekend! »
