First room assigned had issues with the door lock light would go green and you could turn the handle but the handle would break loose before you could open the door. Once inside carpet was ripped up the handle for the bathroom was extremely loose. Springs were felt throughout and pillows were flat. All furniture was scratched and dinged up. After plumbing issues we got moved to a different with laminate flooring that was shifting and popping up as you walked over it. Floors were sticky upon arrival. Hair on bathroom floor and in sink. Black marks on lamp shades and shower curtain, outlet cover not screwed in and garbage under the bed skirt. Bed sheets looked like they were just re tucked in not changed. Was over charged on what pet fee was listed and got random charges in the middle of the night.
