Nice location and lovely sea view from our room, silent enough for sleeping, the room could have been cleaner like there was yellow stains on bedsheets and some stains on doors, and there was some smell in the room I couldn’t pinpoint maybe of old, musky clothes. But it wasn’t too bad. Overall I’d go back

The friendly service shone for me. Staff worked well fabulous team work. Good location for tram stops. A good system for reserved parking. Entertainment each night. Table tennis . Pool table for families. Food / well catered for a good variety of traditional meals which I like. Tv lounge also had a quiet section .Built in conservatory style grand view of the sea/promenade. Playing cards / reading etc. Made to feel really wellcome I would definitely stay there again. Again well done to the staff a fantastic team . Level of hospitality. Highly recommended.

Every member of staff was efficient, helpful and professional, the hotel is in a good location, just over the road is a tram stop, easy to get to all the towns amenities. I did not have the evening meal but did have the excellent breakfast everyday. I have stayed here before and will do again, it's very reasonable price..

Our room was clean, bed spotless and very comfy, the furniture could be updated, the bathroom especially shower cubicle needs revamped, the kettle in room really needs to be descaled, the restaurant was good, breakfast was lovely, dinner was ok, but waiters need to serve food on trays as fingers were on food when serving side plates of vegetables, not good, although staff were friendly, we enjoyed our stay,

The hotel was decent and good for what we needed. I didn't know the hotel was dog friendly so there was barking dogs at all hours in the night, breakfast was a bit like a free for all to be honest, as in it appeared more than hotel guests come in. The food was good and a lovely start to the day.

Staff was amazing. I personally on she Lis on the first day but she was a star. Nathan was a young helpful, sometimes funny when trying to sing. Haha. But what can I say about column. Love gentle,but know how to say no. Helpful to the max. We will definitely be back with winnie at some point. X

It's the best dog friendly hotel I have stayed in. Many hotels say they are but they aren't. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice . The food was excellent. My only negative isn't about the hotel as such, but if your a real coffee drinker take your own . It's just a preference.
