Hotel is situated on the road opposite the South Pier. I’m sure place was last decorated in the 70’s! Dirty net curtains with cigarette burns in them. No towels. Had to go to reception and ask for a toilet roll, to be given one that was literally shredded!! On a plus, the bed was comfy and the bed linen was clean. In the early hour of the morning there were scuffling noises coming from the ceiling & the ceiling tiles were being physically lifted by what we can only imagine was by rats or some other rodent. The number for emergencies in the room wasn’t in service however another number was at the reception. We requested a room move which we received without question. No facilities for parking despite Expedia stating limited parking available.
