Arrived before check-in time to be told that there was no parking it was full, I was told there was parking to the rear of this premises when in fact, when checking, there is indeed no parking so the fact that was told it’s full was just to fob me off. When I asked to look at the parking I was refused and evey excuse was made not to show me.the place is awful peeling wallpaper draughty windows, fire call points painted over so obviously not working. Alarm bells rang when the first thing you see in reception is NO REFUNDS
