Room was spacious and bed was comfy. However, remote didn’t work with either tv and stuck on one channel. Hot water took ages and was a trickle. Shower was fine though. Mini-fridge went off every 20 mins and I ended up turning it off. The curtains didn’t close properly and did not provide full privacy. Staff were friendly. The hotel was ideally located and had parking, however that's the only bonuses. The room as rundown, the bathroom was old and had things falling off the walls, it didn't look like it had been cleaned. Thankfully the bedding was clean. I wouldn't spend my money here again. Stopped a few weeks back with my 4 year old, was made to feel welcome and safe during our stay, the manager gave my little one some chocolate Easter eggs which he loved, he also loved the common room, loads of space to run around and rinse me dry of coins for the arcade machines. Room was clean, spacious and even had a bath, free parking outside, great location, would 100% stop again.
