The Résidence Dune Blanche is a beautiful and cozy resort located in Biscarrosse, France. It offers a range of amenities including a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan option for your holiday rental. The resort is situated just 500 meters from the center of Biscarrosse-Plage and 400 meters from the sea and beach, providing direct access to the sandy shores.

Enjoy the fenced swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 cm) during the seasonal availability from May 1 to September 30\. Relax on the Terrace and soak in the beautiful surroundings.

The resort complex offers a reception, breakfast room, WiFi, washing machine (extra charge), and tumble dryer (extra charge). Convenient services such as bread roll service, beverage service, and breakfast (extra charge) are available on-site. Please note that parking is available, but spaces are limited.

Unit Layout  
The residence offers a 4-room semi-detached house with a total area of 64 square meters spread over two levels. The practical and cozy furnishings include a living/dining room with a dining table and a flat-screen TV, leading to a terrace. One of the rooms on the lower level has two beds measuring 90 cm x 190 cm. Additionally, there is a kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. You will also find a bathroom and a separate toilet on this level. On the upper floor, there is an open small gallery with one set of bunk beds measuring 80 cm x 190 cm, and two rooms, each with a French bed measuring 140 cm x 190 cm. There is also a shower and a toilet on this floor.  
  
Amenities Included  
The residence provides the following amenities: electric heating, a terrace with outdoor furniture, a washing machine, an iron, a children's high chair, a baby cot (at an additional cost), free WiFi internet access, and reserved parking for one car. Please note that the residence is strictly non-smoking, but a maximum of one pet or dog is allowed. Additionally, there is a smoke alarm installed for your safety. It's worth mentioning that instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area, such as a gallery or an alcove.
