Five minutes from the central beach, you are also close to shops, neighborhood restaurants, and other activities at Biscarrosse-Plage, without touching your car. Description: A stone's throw from the city center, but without noisy shops nearby, this ground floor apartment, with its large veranda and its shaded private terrace, will allow you to relax upon arrival. A small kitchen optimized to perfection (oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, storage) and its dining area under a bright veranda equipped with an electric blind, will allow you to receive easily. The living room adjoining the kitchen is equipped with a 3-seater sofa and armchairs to accommodate everyone for TV evenings or board game evenings. The downstairs bedroom is a double bedroom with storage. Small practical and equipped bathroom (110 shower cubicle, sink, heated towel rail and washing machine). The toilets are separate. Finally, a wooden staircase will bring you to the first floor where there is a bedroom for three people (mezzanine bed with sleeping in 140 and sleeping in 90 + storage).
