They suggested no charge and a complimentary sweet which I accepted. There response to a bad situation was faultless. I didn’t eat or drink so I can’t comment on that. The t.v was great, Netflix ready to go and other apps. The WI-FI was terrible, though there was no problem with the internet connection on telly, my phone however kept losing signal any my own service provider had even worse connection due to the location I’m sure. The bed and pillows were on the uncomfortable side too but that could just be a preference thing. One off the towels was stained but the room and bathroom were otherwise clean. It did say shower/tub combo but it was only a shower. It was very noisy, the couple above me and opposite were arguing till the early hours. A two minute walk away is a co-op, Indian restaurant, fish and chip shop and an off licence, so essentials are readily available.
