The hotel itself was clean, convenient location for us to attend a family wedding as well as shopping at Bullring which was a short Uber ride away. Where it fell apart was when a night manager was stating a policy that did not exist and ruined our last night at the hotel. The actual manager Reza did take care of the situation which was very much appreciated!
