Really great area, with proximity to all that western MT has to offer. In 5 days we went to Glacier twice, Whitefish 3 times (ncl teh ski area), Kalispell, drove around the lake on a whirlwind state park tour, stopped in at Flathead Lake Lodge, and spent a day on the lake in a rental boat! Plus some pretty good eateries every day. Show Thyme was amazing. Stome cottage was boked. So plan ahead and make RSVP a few weeks in advance. ##### Jon W.
