Everything was as it was supposed to be and even better. The house is beautiful with great views, big bedrooms, and big bathrooms. We had a small problem with the pool heater, and it was taken care of immediately. We did have some family come in while we were there and they all were very impressed. Hope we can continue to rent this house in the future.
The home is beautiful, clean and very well stocked. The surround sound is great out by the pool. The views are unbelievable and the upstairs screened porch is great for evenings to keep away from the noseeums. No need to go to Mallory square you have the best sunset from the upper deck, top floor, pool, or pine channel chairs. The furnishings are comfortable. Bella is very attentive to the few questions we had. We have gone to the keys almost every year for over 25 years and the accommodations were top notch. Boat ramp is convenient across the channel and fuel dock nearby on the other side of the bridge. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this for your stay.
We had a wonderful month long stay at this home. The home was clean, well stocked, and lots of extras to make our stay very pleasant. The views were wonderful and the grounds were meticulously kept. Pool was definitely a bonus and we used it daily. We saw Tarpon, sharks, lobster, crab, and caught Mangrove Snapper off of the dock. The house location is quiet and peaceful and the neighbors were great.
The furniture and beds were comfortable and like new. The area had a great variety of Happy Hour spots to get a cocktail and appetizers.
This location is more of a peaceful getaway which was exactly what we were looking for.
Bella went out of her way to make our experience a great one, and the handyman Rusty was there if we ever needed anything.
Overall, we highly recommend
I stayed for the month of January with my husband, my son who is a college student, and my in-laws. The house was perfect for our family. My husband and I were able to separate ourselves by staying in the downstairs bedroom with direct access to the pool. Ma Belle was attentive to our needs. The bikes were not out when we arrived but after a quick text the handyman stopped over and got them out for us. The rooftop observation is spectacular for sunsets. We also spend several nights on the screened in porch watching the sunset. We were also happily surprised by the amount of sea life right out front. We saw dolphins, parrot fish, and a manatee. Lastly, we enjoyed fishing onsite. While we mainly caught grunt we had fun trying.
Beautiful home in an amazing location. The daily sunsets were breathtaking! The pool was perfect and the views from it were also a huge plus. Fishing from the dock was a daily adventure, there was such a variety of fish to catch and see. The reef fish were so much fun to feed! We snorkeled and kayaked in the canals and bay and saw so many fun and interesting things. The house was perfect and had anything we needed including plenty of space, although most of our time was spent outdoors! Eating outside on the screened lanai with that great view was the best. We had fun looking down from the rooftop area at the bay and seeing different fish. Also got to see a waterspout that had formed off in the distance from up there, which was really cool!Bella was a wonderful host and provided great communication. We loved our stay so much we have become full time residents in the area!
