Il est bien placé, très proche du fameux hôtel Neptun (l'hôtel des espions). Idéal pour une visite immédiate de Warnemünde. La station de la S-Bahn est à 10 minutes à pied, en plein sur le port et permet de rejoindre Rostock en 10 minutes. L'accueil a été aimable malgré un peu de retard à l'allumage, la responsable de la réception étant absente et la gestion un peu archaïque. Les chambres sont petites.
