Stay in our charming and cozy studio in the heart of Biarritz! This is the perfect home base for your adventures - just 400m from the beach and with the best shops, restaurants, and attractions right outside your door. Venture out of town and experience the beauty of the Basque region. At the end of a wonderful day, return to our fully-equipped 21 to 28 m2 studio located in a recently-built residence. Our space comfortably accommodates 1 guest but can sleep up to 2!

Drift to sleep in our air-conditioned STUDIO with 2 Single beds or a Sofa bed for 2. Bedding configurations vary - please do specify any preferences with our team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you. We'll provide you with bed linen, and beds can be made upon arrival for €30 to €50. Curl up and catch your favorite French shows or movies on the TV, or reconnect with loved ones back home using the FREE Wi-Fi.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with towels included. A change of linen may be provided for €8.

Prepare meals in the KITCHENETTE with a stovetop, microwave, dishwasher, and a complement of kitchenware and utensils. Share meals and laughs at the dining table with seating.

Our guests enjoy access to a number of wonderful services and amenities at the Résidence Patios Eugénie, where our studio is conveniently located. Dive into the lovely outdoor pool in the summer (open from May to September, weather permitting) before warming up in the shared indoor Hot Tub. Bike storage and paid laundry facilities are available on-site, along with a paid breakfast service for you to start your day off right! Our guests enjoy 1 FREE Sauna or Hammam session per apartment per week, and additional sessions cost €8/session or €39 for 6 sessions.

Underground parking is available on-site for your convenience (max. headroom: 1.90m) for €9/night or €49 for 6+ nights (subject to availability). If you'd like to bring a pet, please let us know when booking and we may be able to accommodate them for an additional charge of €10/night (up to 5 nights) or €59/week (from 6 nights) (max. 2 pets).

At check-in, you will receive a unit of the same type as shown in this listing, complete with the advertised size and number of rooms, but the actual decor in the unit, view, and furniture layout may differ. You will have access to all amenities advertised!

Upon arrival, please note that a small daily tourist tax of €0.50 to €3 per person will be collected, along with a €400 damage deposit. Guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure, or an end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchenette) will be provided for €39 to €69.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

There are a number of wonderful things to do in Biarritz! During your stay, be sure to grab a delicious pastry from Aux Délices Saint Charles, just a short walk away. After a great day at the Grande Plage, head to the restaurant Le Bouchon Biarrot for a tasty meal. During your stay, we recommend taking a drive to visit Anglet, Bayonne, and Saint-Jean-de-Luz.
