"Very clean, beds and pillows comfortable. Chair very comfortable. Good lighting. I gave a 4 on property condition only because the carpet needs repair in one spot, just needs replacing. Everything else was great. Probably my favorite hotel that we’ve stayed in lately. I rate it 4.9 stars 😁"

"The carpet in our room was digusting. Worn and stained, I wouldnt even take my shoes off. When the sheets were pulled back to go to bed there were water bottle caps from previous stay still on the floor. The lamp between the beds was covered in dust. Otherwise the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was clean so I do appreciate that. But carpet definitely needs replacement. We have stayed 3 times now and the hotel and casino are great, this was the worst room with stained carpet we have stayed in."

"We had a great stay at the Hilton Kansas City Country Club Plaza. The location is fantastic—right near the Plaza area, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. It’s a great spot whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and offering helpful suggestions about the area. Everyone I interacted with was professional and courteous, which really enhanced the overall experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the modern touches and the attention to detail in the room setup—it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in Kansas City."

"I loved the vibe of the hotel, they offer gated parking for $15 extra a day which was nice! The room was fantastic, the only thing I have any sort of issue was that the bed wasn’t comfortable for me or my wife, but I’m assuming that’s because we’ve got back problems. I LOVED the water fall shower. "

"This newer hotel is nestled in a revitalized part of town, and it really impressed me. The harbor view from my room was absolutely stunning—waking up to that sight each morning felt like a treat. The walk up to the carousel fountain nearby was charming and genuinely made me smile. What truly stood out, though, was the bed. Hands down, the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in—firm with supportive gel pillows that made it hard to leave in the morning. The faux wood flooring was a smart, clean-feeling touch, and I appreciated how much fresher it felt compared to traditional carpeting. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a beautifully tiled and grouted shower that felt high-end and spotless. My only complaint: room 419 is right next to the elevators, and the noise, especially in the early morning hours, was hard to ignore. Light sleepers may want to request a room farther down the hall. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I’d absolutely stay again—just not in room 419.l which is by the elevator. "
