There was a small Leak in the fridge which told the managers when he handed the keys in abd the upstairs neighbors were quite noisy stomping around but there isn’t much we could do about that so we got used to it. The property was clean and was a great spot for our family of 5\. It has convenient parking and is located very close to a tram/shuttle stop. There's a great view of the pond. The only minor downside was that you could hear the people on the second floor walking around. Also, it would have been nice if the second bedroom had more lighting.
