Our office is right here in the Powderhorn area with on-site maintenance, housekeeping, and reservation staff ready to help. Whatever works best for you, we’re here to make your stay as smooth and stress-free as possible. Nestled in the heart of the Upper Peninsula, the Powderhorn area is a true four-season destination. But no worries there was plenty to do between exploring the many waterfalls just down the road to gathering around the fireplace at the Chateau to play games and watch movies. The house has so much space that our group of 12 was never crowded. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glasses and cookware. But the amount of cookware & bowls could be down sized and better organized. The only issues we encountered were the extra plates we grabbed from the downstairs kitchen were dirty and we couldn’t get the tv to work beyond spectrum channels. Better Instructions would be helpful. We ended up just casting to use the apps off an iPhone to watch movies. We were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas tree & great decorations!!
