"The bed in the suite with the jetted tub was comfortable as was the tub, but the pillows were too soft/ did not give any support."

"Rated the amenities at 4, rather than 5, only because we don't use most of them. The room (handicap accessible) was fine; walk-in shower was a plus. We (my wife & myself) have stayed here at least 5 years for the same annual event, so that should tell you everything you need to know."

"We had a very clean room and an overall good stay. When we arrived we waited 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. We rang the bell and called the hotel multiple times. Finally a lady came, she was busy changing sheets for someone and was the only person there. I felt bad for her since she couldn’t keep up, but management needs to staff better. This was very poor service! We were just about ready to walk out and find another room. "

"Our room had used products in the shower from the previous guests, black rings in the corners of the shower that the cleaning guy said was just normal. When we got there 2 hours after our check in time this is what we walked into. When asking for another room and expressing our concerns I was told if I didn’t like it I could leave. Well if that didn’t set me off after driving 4 hours to get to a filthy room. I also watched an elderly couple leave after being moved to 3 different rooms because of the filth. The last straw for them was when they walked into the third room and the bed looked as though someone just got out of it. The staff at the desk were completely unaware that their rooms had never been cleaned by the guy who stood right there telling them they were. The pool was “out of order” my guess would be because no one there would clean it. Just a completely awful experience in whole. I do NOT recommend this place Ever."

"The room was very clean. The hallway was clean and did not have any smell. Ample parking. Breakfast was very good. There was a nice selection of non-cook items as well as eggs and sausage patties, make your own waffles with whipped cream! The young man at the front desk was extremely friendly and kind. I would not hesitate to come back."

"This property seems to be owned by individuals trying to make it a budget hotel that is a pleasant and accommodating place to stay. It's in a safe area and my room was clean and comfortable, if a little run down. However, for the price, expectations need to be appropriate. Same for the basic breakfast--waffle maker, some cereal options, bananas, donuts, juice, coffee. The two staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful. 15 minutes from Hershey Park."
