Tho I contacted them 2 weeks prior arrival about wanting separate double bed, yet upon arrival as if nothing happened and they ended giving us mobile bed which was way far from comfortable. The neighborhood is decent, many shops are close.

Location is great, really handy for Kreuzberg and Bergmannkiez which has great bars, restaurants and cafes. Also perfectly placed for the U-Bahn to connect to wherever you might want to go! Apartment itself was really spacious and comfortable, and given it’s location super quiet. Would definitely come back!

Very central
A great place to stay for a few days. Very central and near lots of breakfast places. Not keen on the continental pillows! Kitchen was handy.

Almost excellent but....
The place was nice and cozy. Location pretty good, short distancies from Nena's apart by u bahn, buses, train taxis. Beatifulbview from the 7th floor...However, none of them went to my apart for cleaning It up. Dish washer and microwave were so dirty,then I DECIDED not to prepare food there, It would have been able to save money as I would have been eating. And the vending machine didn''t work well on my. Simply great, Carmen was a wonderful manager who was incredibly helpful, including with an early check in after a long flight.

The apartments are very clean, but there's no real reception after hours, no toiletries, the mattress was very comfortable while the pillows were Terrible! I asked the reception for different pillows and they said they're all the same. There is no room service so you have to take trash out yourself, no change of towels while we were there. Treat it like your home basically, everything is on you including a shampoo. There is a kitchentte and some kitchenware which is useful. No bowls for cereal. Location is NOT close to a metro station but is safe and 10' walk to restaurants and some bars.

We are very happy that in the next few weeks the shampoo will arrive in the Apartments and will be on us. Please go next time between 10am and 6pm to the reception for a new towel, our House Manager will be happy to help you. The next metro station is via google 5 min away, for Berlin it is pretty close. Great place
Great place, incredibly quiet, comfortable and modern. Freedom to come and go along with everything you need. Amazingly hot shower :)

Hekt ok
Helt ok lägenhetsboende utan några extra bekvämligheter. Ett litet rum med pentry. Pentryt var trångt och mindre bra planerat. Det pågår en hel del byggen nära in till så just nu är det tämligen bullrigt i på rummet

Goed bereikbaar verblijf in een rustig Kreuzberg
Goed bereikbaar verblijf in het rustige deel van Kreuzberg. De studio bevat een kleine, maar handige keuken en een zithoek. Er is geen roomservice, maar bij de receptie kunt je zelf propere handdoeken halen.

Prima appartement op goede locatie.
Prima appartement op uitstekende locatie. Eetgelegenheden, u bahn alles dichtbij. In het appartement een vaatwasser, nespressomachine enz. Nena is absoluut een aanrader!

Positive Überraschung in Kreuzberg
Sehr gut auch für längere Aufenthalte in Kreuzberg geeignet; sehr gute ÖPNV-Anbindung, direkt gegenüber der Heikig-Kreuzkirche. Neubau, funktional und geschmackvoll ausgestattet, großzügiger Zuschnitt, insbesondere das Bad. Sehr nette Rezeption.

Instructions claires pour l’arrivée en dehors des heures de réception de l’hôtel. Studio vaste et bien équipé. Seul bémol, pression de l’eau très diminuée le matin, devons prendre douche le soir. Séjour très agréable pour 5 jours. Merci

Nous avions reçu comme information que nous pouvions arriver "à tout moment" alors que la réception fermait à 18h. Nous avons tenté de rejoindre 2 numéros d'urgence mentionnés à l'hôtel mais n'avons aucune réponse satisfaisante. Nous avons donc dû réserver une nuit à un autre hôtel à grand frais pour la 1ère nuit.

In der Kaffeemaschine waren alte Pads und darunter schmutzig u nass. In der Toilette war altes Toilettenpapier, Duschglaswand schmutzig.

Kurzfristig gebucht und nicht bereut
Das Appartement ist in einem neuerrtigen Zustand. Sehr sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Küchenzeile mit Kochfeld, Kapselmachine, Toaster, Wasserkocher usw. Bett super bequem. Bad groß und sauber. Fenster sind super schallisolierten. Klimaanlage vorhanden (nicht ausprobiert). Kommunikation bei einchecken so lala. Aber kein Beinbruch.

Great for weekend trip
Very fresh and nice rooms, luxurious bathroom, equipped with small kitchen and table. My only complaint is that there was no cleaning in the room during the stay (3 nights). Also there were no shampoo or conditioner - you had to buy this yourself. Location is nice, close to bars and restaurants + good communications to Kreuzberg and Neukölln.
