This recently renovated 2-bedroom home in Assateague Pointe is thoughtfully appointed and exudes a beachy charm throughout. Located just steps from one of the community’s two outdoor pools, the back porch and yard offer a peaceful view of the pond and water fountain, providing a relaxing outdoor space. The home is conveniently situated near the fishing and crabbing pier as well as many of the community’s amenities. Guests will enjoy access to two large pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier extending into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, paddle boats, basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Inside, the home includes a kitchen, washer and dryer, TV, free WiFi, central A/C, and parking for two vehicles. Just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this property offers a great location for a coastal getaway. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking home, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge.

We were very happy with the house and the community was wonderful. We didnt have time for the pool but we did a lil tour around the park. There was some confusion with the after hour check in but it all worked out and we had a great time. Would definitely book here again as it was far enough away from the beach scene but also close enough to get to for the festival we went for!
