Well, look no further, we have the place you’ve been dreaming about! 116 Pine Forest Drive is an absolutely stunning, newly constructed 5 Bedroom, 4 Bath home tucked back in Ocean Pines South community, with dining, amenities and bay views! Perfect for a large family or 2 families traveling together. Ocean Pines boasts a plethora of dining and activities for all ages right within the community! There are indoor and outdoor pools, playgrounds, a library, restaurants, golf and walking trails. Guests of this home are provided with ONE parking permit for the Ocean Pines Beach Club on 49th Street in Ocean City. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and the pass is property of the condo. The Beach Club is a short 10 miles from this home, approximately a 17 minute drive depending on traffic. \*This home is available for any 3-night minimums in season\* As you pull up to this single family home, you will fall in love with the beautifully manicured lawn and the open patio with rocking chairs that are perfect for relaxing, and that’s just the start! Enter the home, and be swept away by this truly awe inspiring, open floor plan. The Living Area, Kitchen, and Dining area were thoughtfully planned, ensuring no one in your family will ever be left out of a moment of family fun! The gorgeous floors are reminiscent of Ocean Driftwood, and the clean crisp tones of the home will make sure you feel the beachy, vacation vibe from the moment you walk in! The Living Area has plenty of cozy seating, perfect for relaxing in the AC after a long day of fun at the Beach, or enjoying all the fun that the Ocean Pines community has to offer! Relax and watch a movie, enjoy the free WiFi or the beautiful built-in fireplace, all while having plenty of space to spread out so no one ever feels cramped. The Kitchen is a chef’s delight with gleaming Granite Countertops, Stainless Appliances, and all of the luxuries of home. Meals in will feel nothing like a chore in this amazing space! The oversized Kitchen Island has seating, so there’s no problem at all gathering together for meal-time or just keeping the chef company. Just off the Ktchen you will find the convenient laundry room with Washer and Dryer, as well as an additional full size refrigerator AND a wine fridge!! As you make your way past the Laundry room, you will find Bedrooms 4 and 5 and the shared Bath, convenient to the bedrooms and the Living space. This Full Bath has been thoughtfully designed with a Custom Tile Shower/Tub Combo. Bedroom 4 is a peaceful retreat with a luxurious King Bed, and an abundance of natural light. This is one room you’ll never want to leave! Across the hall is Bedroom 5, a perfect space for the little ones with a plush King Bed, a Twin Bunk, and a Flat Screen TV. Tucked away from the main Living area, it’s a great space to let the little ones watch their favorite show and drift off to dream world while the adults have a little quiet time. The Primary Bedroom is located directly off the main Living Area, and is sure to be a delight! With a Fabulous King Bed, a cozy Couch to sit and relax, and a large Flat Screen TV, this is sure to be a space you won’t want to leave! The attached Primary Bath is a Spa-like retreat of its own with a luxurious free-standing Soaking Tub, a Custom Open Walk-in Shower, and a Private Water Closet. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are back at the main entrance, just off the Living Area. Bedroom 2 has a cozy Queen Bed, Flat Screen TV, and attached Full Bath with a Walk in Shower. Bedroom 3, just across the hall, has a luxurious King Bed and an attached Full Bath with Walk-in Shower. Ocean Pines has a number of seasonal Outdoor Pools and an Indoor Pool, accessible for a daily fee payable upon entry.
