I had a great stay. Initially, I was put off by the exterior, lots of graffiti in the area, and the presence of homeless people hanging out in front. Despite appearances, the neighborhood is a safe place. I walked to my work event every day at all hours and felt safe. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is impeccably clean and organized. The rooms are comfortable and the decor is stylish. I have curly hair and was surprised to see that the hair dryer had a diffuser. The breakfast is wonderful, lots of variety. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Sijainti oli ok. Liikenneyhteydet oli hyvät. U-bahn ja bussit lähti vierestä. Vastapäätä puiston takana hyvä ostoskeskus. Hotellin sisäilma oli niin huono, että harvoin kokee vastaavaa. Ilmanvaihto oli lähinnä avattava parvekkeen ovi. Parveke oli yhteinen viereisen huoneen kanssa, joten harkinnan varaista pitää sitä ovea auki. Käytävillä oli selkeästi peitetty jokin haju voimakkailla hajusteilla. Luultavasti kokolattiamattoon imeytynyt virtsa (meidän arvio). Eli ei sovi hajusteyliherkille tai niille, jotka reagoivat herkästi huonoon sisäilmaan. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja vatsansa sai täyteen. Mutta kaikki ruoka oli tuntikausia pöydillä ilman kylmä alustoja tai vastaavia. Graavilohikin oli siis siinä pöydällä lautasella tunteja. Kunhan vältti kaiken lämmössä pilaantuvan kaikki ok. Ihan hyvä valikoima muuten. Kahvi näin suomalaisena merkitsi paljon ja se oli hyvää!!! Huoneen varustelu ok. Kylpyamme niin likainen ettei iljenny mennä kuin suihkuun. Parannettava olisi paljon!

Perfect for a long weekend in Berlin

Clean and comfortable room with a small balcony. Breakfast was very good - enjoyed sitting outside on the terrace for this. Great transport links right outside the hotel. Perfect for a long weekend in Berlin.

fantastic location

Great location for a trip to Berlin with U Bahn and buses (inc. airport bus) next to Hotel. Huge choice for tasty breakfast. Some nice local restaurants. Only negative was no free WiFi although relatively cheap at 5euros/24hs

Godt hotel!

Vi har boet på hotellet flere gange og gør det gerne igen. Værelser til gården kan klart anbefales, da er trafikstøj om natten ud mod vejen. Morgenmaden er rigtig god. Nemt til u-Bahn.

Very good hotel. Recomended.

Great hotel, subway and TXL bus stop, supermarket right at the entrance of the hotel, but keep in mind there's local homeless people around subway. Tea/coffee in the room is free by request. Very very good breakfast with champagne as bonus. Only minus - wifi is not free, surprise with free wifi everywhere in Berlin:). Overall good value for the price. Recommended.

Rooms are spacious, comfy beds, quiet, ours had a balcony towards the garden/courtyard.Breakfast has a good variety of everything you need. Friendly staff. U-Bahn and bus-stop just outside the entrance. Indoor parking if you get here by car (€11 per night). Recommended!

Das Hotel liegt zentral und wir konnten alle Punkte, die wir besuchen wollten, nach kurzer Bahn- oder Busfahrt erreichen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Leider war im Bad (in der Dusche) Schimmel. Die Matratzen waren weich, geteilt und unterschiedlich hoch. Und das bei einem Komfort-Zimmer. Schön war, dass wir wie gewünscht ein Raucherzimmer mit Balkon hatten. Für Frauen ist abends das Umfeld des Hotels ziemlich gruselig, da dort finstere Gestalten herumlungern. Das Auto stand sicher für erschwingliche 11€ pro Tag in einem Parkhaus. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Aufbackbrötchen hätten eine Stufe besser sein können. Wir würden wiederkommen.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere die Dirchtungsfugen im Badezimmer gehörten erneuert. Etwas lauter in Richtung Straße. Frühstück sehr gut. Freundliches Personal.
