It's centrally located between Downtown Berkeley Springs and the Cacapon State Park, which are both 10 minutes away, and offers quick access to hiking, fishing, golfing, shopping, and restaurants. The cabin features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms plus an additional private den with a futon that can be utilized as a bed. My home was completely renovated in February 2022\. The main level offers a bedroom with a queen bed and an attached bathroom, private den with a futon foldout bed, fully equipped kitchen with newly updated stainless steel appliances, living room with Roku to stream your favorite shows, board games, dining area with kitchen table, outdoor deck with a propane grill, and a screened-in porch. The lower level offers 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and a large patio. The master bedroom offers a queen sized bed with a private bathroom. Bedroom #2 has two sets of bunk beds. Bedroom #3 has a queen sized bed. \*The fireplace is currently not operational until next winter\* \*Pets allowed, dogs only, 2 max. Guests must keep dogs on leash in the community. Guest access Guests have access to the entire cabin privately and the community amenities. Entry and arrival information will be provided after the booking is confirmed. Other things to note The cabin is pet friendly! There is a pet fee ($15 for 1 dog, $25 for 2 dogs) and our county and community does have a leash law. Guests must abide by the area's leash laws. In the winter you may need 4 wheel/AWD if it is snowy conditions. We are unable to cancel or move reservations because of snow, so please be prepared before booking! THIS CABIN IS LOCATED IN A PRIVATE COMMUNITY, PLEASE ABIDE BY THE FOLLOWING POLICIES. Any complaints or issues reported with any of the following below will result in being charged accordingly. \*Noise- quiet hours are from sundown until 8:00am. We ask that you are mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns. \*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly. \*Outdoor Firepits- If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine. \*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community, RV’s/campers are not to be parked in the driveways and no more than 4 vehicles are permitted in the driveways (overflowed parking is available, please contact in advance for information). \*Trash policy- Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items. All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13 gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. The cabin was thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay. It felt private and peaceful, yet was still conveniently located near town, where we had a fun time exploring.The space was perfect for our group—plenty of room to gather together, but also cozy spots to relax. We especially enjoyed the natural surroundings; waking up to the quiet was a highlight of the trip, and since several in our group are artists, we had a good time making watercolors of the views.Everything we needed was provided, from cookware to utensils. Everything was as expected except the details include a fire pit which was not available. The best part is the screened in porch, and the hot tub is a plus as well. However, the content of the house are very basic -old towels and sheets, for example- and the basement, which has 3 of the bedrooms, always smelled damp, even though the house was clean. Walls are very thin. The neighborhood is lovely. ##### Elizabeth M. House was spacious and well equipped with anything you would want. Great wifi. Very nice grill for our group to have a fun dinner. We never even got to try the community pool The area is an absolute gem with eclectic shops and spectacular views. The state park is a short drive away and well worth an afternoon on a clear day.Overall, I would recommend this property and use it again. The only MINOR tweaks I would suggest are upgraded mattresses (just not my style) and adding a K-cup coffee maker. ##### Mark K. Plenty of space to put our groceries. Nice open area to hang out. The kids loved the pool of course and the hot tub. We visited Antietam and Harpers Ferry.
