The property is beautiful and the staff were friendly and helpful. However my room had no hot water and the breakfast & coffee quality were pretty poor.

Loved the breakfast. Was freezing cold in the room when we arrived. Bug on the floor and the floors were not cleaned. Towels appeared to be dirty.

The staff is absolutely spectacular and very friendly. The reason for the review being the way it is is I found a tube of KY jelly under my bed and it didn't belong to me. The parking lot was absolutely covered in thick ice and very very slippery. Other than the KY jelly the room was clean just an oversight I'm sure. Staff is very friendly.

Amazing staff, from reception to dinning waitress. Food was excellent and room comfortable.
Only complaint was the size of the bathroom was small. Space from the coat closet could of been ised to make it not so crammed.

Because the rooms don’t have a direct access to outside. The air inside the rooms has a smell of old air not circulating. Opened the door a few times to the corridor the refresh the air…

The whole layout is great. Spacious clean rooms, conveniently located,close to essential needs, such as pharmacy,convenience store,gaz, even a vet hospital !!!! Looking for a great 24 to 48 hour stop ? This is it !

1. suite was small.
2. no sheets for sofa bed
3.My friend fell down in the hallway due to an uneven floor. She almost killed herself, her neck cracked, one finger was badly bleeding and now her arm is all swollen. we let front desk know...she never came to check on her and an hour later the blood was still on the floor. we asked to talk to the manager, 4 days later and no news.
4. the same front desk person canceled my payment to then call me to tell me my payment was declined. so not impressed.

Thank you for your comments on your recent stay. We will address our remarks point by point as you have listed in your review.1.You indicated the room was very small, if it did not meet the requirements of all 3 of you in the room you had the option not to accept the room and find accommodations elsewhere.a.We made a courtesy call after you checked in and you had requested from the front desk staff extra pillows and a bucket of ice had you at this moment requested sheets for the sofa bed they would have been provided.2.Your next comment was as follows:“My friend fell down in the hallway, her arm is all black and blue and her neck cracked. We let the front desk know and we told her that we want to talk to the manager. (An hour later, the blood was still on the floor.)”The guest to whom the inury incurred went walking down the ramp to go to the restaurant did not notice the sign on the wall that indicated the direction to the restaurant and reception and instead walked into the offices and kitchen area. According to the incident report prepared by our front desk staff the injury reported to her was that the guest cut her finger and bumped her head. This guest immediately went back to her room to attend to the cut on her finger instead of coming and reporting the incident to front desk agent. After this you, the injured guest, and the 3rd guest came to the restaurant, ordered, and had your breakfast. The front desk agent did attend to your table and noted that the injured guest had a small blue band aid wrapped around their injured finger and there was no further sign of any bleeding. Further, the injured guest said that she was fine and just got a fright when she fell.You had mentioned that when the guest fell, she almost killed herself ‘her finger was bleeding badly her arm is all black and blue and her neck cracked’ if these injuries are as severe as you indicated then the most sensible action in this case would be to call an ambulance so that the paramedic can review and assess as to the severity of the injuries as you have written. Without such an assessment from a paramedic or a qualified doctor the validity of the severities of the injuries you claim are in question.3.“The same desk clerk canceled my payment to then call me while I was shopping to tell me that my card was declined.” At check in our front desk agent when processing your credit card found that it declined twice and then on the third attempt the card was authorized when the point-of-sale device was used. You had indicated to the front desk agent that the reason for the decline was due to this being a new card. On check out when the front desk agent tried to process payment, the system released the authorization without allowing us to complete the payment. Thereafter on that day we made several attempts to process the credit card but were unsuccessful on each attempt. At that point the front desk agent contacted you as you had indicated while you were shopping and
Heat exchanger broke - did't use it after 1st day. Heat Exchanger from the next room kept me awake.
Room was very cold when I got there, eventually warmed up, and then the unit broke down. Restaurant food was good but overpriced.

This was a great spot to stop on a roadtrip. It's right on the main road we were traveling. The park area at the back of the hotel was a nice little oasis in the summer. We were lucky enough to have the small pool to ourselves during our stay. Great soaker tub in the room.
Two downsides to this accommodation: the shag carpet in the room was pretty gross and in my mind unnecessary. The area carpeting was sufficient enough. No one wants to walk in a shag rug in bare feet that countless other people have used. The second and most notable downside was the free breakfast at the small restaurant. My partner doesn't eat eggs and when we asked if the eggs could be substituted for another portion of bacon, were told the cook "would not do that"- we were willing to pay extra for this. The bacon was awful. And I don't mean just overcooked. My partner and I both tried it and it was obviously rancid. I would like to think that had nothing to do with our request for extra. You get what you pay for, evidently. Something to work on, perhaps.

Very close to some nice beaches and has a great restaurant with free hot breakfast for guests.
The property looks nice but in our bathroom we had a jetted tub that had a shower wand. Sadly, the wand wasn't connected and was just there for show.
The grounds are nice but could do with a groundskeeping crew and a some fresh coats of paint on the outdoor facilities. The staff was delightful and we were greeted with a warm smile every time we saw them.
Would stay here again.

The bed was so comfortable, i slept better than at home! We had a 2 person room, it was spacious and it had a little fridge which was nice! Downside was that the room was dark, the bathroom only had one hook for one towel (in a 2 person room) and the hot water took at least 5 minutes to heat.
All it all I would go back!
