Villa Chata - Plusholidays

Villa Chata is a magnificent villa offering complete privacy, with no nearby neighbours, and is ideal for up to 11 guests. The property is distributed over four spacious bedrooms and five bathrooms, providing comfort, space and tranquillity for a relaxing stay. It features air conditioning, internet connection and parking within the plot for up to 6 vehicles. Smoking inside the villa is not allowed and groups of young people are not accepted.



INTERIOR



The villa is distributed over two floors.



The MAIN FLOOR features a fully equipped independent kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and a separate laundry room. On this floor there is also a bright and spacious living-dining room with direct access to the riu rau style terrace. In addition, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a full en-suite bathroom with shower. There is also another bedroom with two bunk beds, sleeping up to 4 guests, as well as a separate toilet.



The UPPER FLOOR consists of one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. On this floor there is also another bedroom with two single beds and an additional pull-out bed stored underneath one of them, as well as a full bathroom with bathtub.



Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms of the villa. The living-dining room does not have air conditioning.



EXTERIOR



The focal point of the villa is its pleasant pool area, surrounded by lush Mediterranean vegetation and comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing. Next to the pool there is a fully equipped barbecue area, as well as a traditional wood-fired oven, ideal for enjoying delicious outdoor meals while admiring the surrounding landscape. There is also an outdoor shower and a toilet for added convenience.



The outdoor spaces of the villa offer multiple corners to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this unique setting. From panoramic terraces to carefully designed gardens, every space invites guests to unwind and recharge.



LOCATION



Despite its peaceful and private setting, Villa Chata is located only 5 km from the beautiful beaches of Calpe, where guests can enjoy the sun, the sea and a wide range of water activities.
