In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay extra: \- guarantee 600 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure) The rent includes 100 kwh/ week for electricity (additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure). Between November till March the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed fully per consumption. The offered rental price in this time is only for 2 - 4 people (with 2 bed-rooms). The Space: Spacious villa with private pool and stunning sea views. The house is located next to the golf court in a very quiet residential area The following rooms are available for the tenants: Ground floor: large modern kitchen (with TV and dishwasher) and exit directly to the pool terrace, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom; Upper floor: dayroom with exit to the balcony, 1 living-dining room (with air-condition), 3 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (three of them with air conditioning). The equipment is very good, comfortable and modern with large windows to enjoy the great sea view. There is a large pool terrace with a brick barbecue. Next to the barbecue is in the garage an outside toilette and there is a second big fridge and a second dishwasher for the tenants available. Car parking spaces are sufficiently available on the property. Internet via Wifi available. Television per netflix and smart-tv. There are about 8 sun-beds available for the tenants. Guest Access: The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. Bij aankomst/inchecken duidelijk en vlot geregeld. Alles wat je op de foto's ziet is ook zo. Prachtige locatie, uitzicht niet te beschrijven en het huis voldoet aan alles. Wat je maar nodig bent kun je hier vinden. Alles functioneerde naar behoren en als er iets was dan kon je dit appen en Gregor stond voor de deur om dit op te lossen. En effet, nous avons réglé certains services obligatoires comme le ménage de fin de séjour en même tant que la réservation par virement bancaire et cela nous est de nouveau reclamé en ESPECES dès le début du séjour. Le gardien, ni l'agence ne veulent rien savoir, ils démentent et se cachent derrière de faux frais abritel dont nous n'avons aucune information. - Etage dangereux pour enfant en bas âge : pas de protection aux baies vitrées - Pas de protection d'accès à la piscine - Gros problème de canalisation : douches qui se bouchent et qui débordent, 1 douche sur 4 fonctionne vraiment. - Mauvaise évacuation des toilettes. Il faut tirer la chasse d'eau plusieurs fois pour éliminer les selles et cela ressort dans les autres sanitaires. Vraiment invivable ! - Toilette extérieur (en réalité dans le garage) inutilisable selon le gardien, donc pas testé - Beaucoup de fourmis, sur la terrasse, les chambres et le salon. En plus elles piquent ! donc on se retrouve avec des sacrés boutons qui grattent. - Certaines climatisations ne fontionnent pas bien et sont très bruyantes. - Villa très mal agencée : lave-vaisselle et frigo dans le garage !!! On a donc choisi de laver notre vaisselle à la main ! Un mini frigo dans la cuisine qui refroidit à peine! - Les poêles sont dans un sal état : rouillées, poignées qui ne tiennent plus. - Le seul attout de cette villa est la vue sur la mer. Nous avons l'habitude de réserver des villas en Espagne tous les ans et même dans ce secteur et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus. Je ne recommande pas cette villa ! ##### kawtar B. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil était agréable et à l’heure par la femme de ménage qui nous a remis les clés. - on à deux voitures, elle nous a remis une seule télécommande du portail qui fonctionne, l’autre télécommande, la pile est déchargée ,c’est au locataire de la changer. - À notre arrivée, on a découvert un amas de branches d’arbres qui bloquaient l’accès, j’ai envoyé un message à Mme Blaye la gérante, sa réponse : je transfère votre message au propriétaire, on a l’impression que le propriétaire habite dans une autre planète, ils ont débarrassé les branches d’arbres une semaine après ( le 2708/2020). On a du déplacer ces branches d’arbres à la main !! - troisième problème : les volets de la principale chambre ( suite parentale), ces volets ne fonctionnent pas , c’étaient ouverts, on a du supporter 30 degré de température à l’intérieur de la pièce !! Si non il y’a dans la même chambre un climatiseur des années 80 avec 100 décibels de bruit ! J’ai signalé ce dysfonctionnement à Mme Blaye, sa réponse : je transfère votre message à HANNA ( la femme de ménage), résultats, aucune suite, le problème n’était pas réglé. Dernier problème : une lampe de la piscine était débranchée dès notre arrivée, je signale l’incident à Mme Blaye, toujours la même réponse, je transfère votre requête au propriétaire ( Propriétaire absent sur tout les plans).
