el center contour - disappointed stay
Lots of bed bugs, smelly bathrooms, room condition very bad, no housekeeping for entire stay. Really the worst hotel I have every booked thru Hotels.com.

Horrible hotel
Horrible old hotel which is not 3 star but they claim it’s a 3 star. There were bedbugs in the beds. Rooms were horrible and bathrooms were disgusting.

The only plus point is it's location, close to the bus station and train station.
The room was really in a bad shape, bedding, sheets, bathroom were really bad.
Cockroaches in the bathroom and living room.

There is a Metro Station right opposite to the hotel which makes it very convenient to go around the city. Rooms are big in size. Neat and clean but still can be improved in maintaining overall. Good breakfast and Wi-Fi. Very helpful staff. We had a good stay surely recommend this hotel of you are looking for something close to Railway Station.

Hotel was under construction. Incompetent staff. Noisy. Dusty. Very much worn out. Too old. Looks nothing like picture. Would suit better as a brothel hotel instead a tourist hotel. Beside main road and its too noisy too.
