I think they update rooms constantly. New bedspread and linens. Loved the lighted bathroom mirror. Blow dryer with a night light. I’ve always pushed for a night light in the bathroom!

They really need to work on their breakfast. It’s pretty bad. My AC unit was starting to make noise near the end of the stay. That was kind of annoying. However, they are very nice there maintenance people the cleaner people the front desk people. They’re all very nice. I’ve stayed there twice so, it’s not bad.

They allowed me to check-in very early after a long drive which was much appreciated. Friendly staff who seemed invested in making the stay a good experience.

Stay was overall good. Toiletries were scarce and previously used (shampoo/conditioner). No toilet paper. I did need an accommodation to stay a few extra hours due to delay in an interview time. I was allowed to stay an extra hour in the room but had to wait in the lobby the rest of the time.

I had a reservation through Expedia, but when I arrived, I was informed that my reservation had been canceled without my knowledge. I never called to cancel, nor did I receive any notification about it before then. As a result, I had to rebook my stay directly through the hotel for quite a bit MORE per night. I explained my situation to the staff, but they were unhelpful and did not acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Given this experience, I won't be staying at this hotel again
