I enjoyed my stay at Zett was really amazing , very clean, stylish, brand new hotel and very affordable comparing to the hotels in the area Charbel at the front Desk was very helpful and very professional he made me feel that I’m staying at the Sheraton hotel 5 stars I will tell my friends and family about this hotel and great service And for sure I will use it again when I come back to Lebanon I don’t want to forget about Youssef the Bell man , he was friendly and very helpful!!!

This hotel is far from being 5 stars or even 2 stars , the area around is like ghost town , and unsafe due to lotsa of empty buildings and lotsa of people’s going around . I reserved a sea view Room , i got a partial Sea view , when i asked the said this is what’s available, rooms are in good condition but they have a bad smell , sewer smell and humidity.

The hotel was clean and new, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very helpful and nice. The only problem was that we waited couple of hours for them to clean the room.

We had an unforgettable stay at Zett hotel! The staff were absolutely incredible, always helpful, accommodating, and warm. Special shout-out to Elie, the boys and the lovely young lady at reception for always making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Samia and her cleaning team also did an excellent job, keeping our room spotless throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service! Great work team. Will definitely be returning to Zett Hotel next year!

Overall Review
We stayed in the Executif Suite with a seaview. The view was stunning, the service from Tony was amaising especially late at night and early in the mornings. Other staff had trouble understanding instructions. Hotel breakfast was not so famous and expensive. Towels were not too clean (should bleach the more). Room size was big however there was 1 full bathroom and 1 half bathroom, this resulted in both bathrooms being very small.

Zett Hotel has a breathtaking view of the mountains and sea. The staff at Zett Hotel are incredibly accommodating and go above and beyond to make their guests feel comfortable. In particular, Tony from the staff was very nice and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. Zett Hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The combination of the beautiful view, friendly and professional service, and clean and tidy environment make it a standout destination. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Overall it was a pleasant stay, the location is near the seaside road, you can walk to Teleferic or the old souq of Jonieh, 10 min drive to Byblos, 20 min to Beirut center> The hotel interior is modern, the rooms are good in space, and the staff is amazing and friendly especially ( Tony) who is a very decent and helpful guy. I encourage you to book your stay at Zett hotel, I'll book it again for sure in my next visit to Lebanon.

The property is immaculate. I have never stayed in a hotel that is so spotless, great beds & pillows. I would honestly recommend this hotel, the staff are extremely helpful. The manager Melissa came in late on a Sunday night just to solve an issue I had with my online booking, Tony is always asking if we need anything & ready to help, all the concierge staff are extremely professional especially Elissa. Lastly and most importantly is that it is great value for money.
