When we arrived the final clean had not been done, so owners (or their reps) quickly changed sheets, towels and a thorough clean while we had afternoon tea nearby. As Ned Kelly would say, "Such is life". A nice bottle of wine in fridge for the trouble, which we consumed over two nights. Very good for couples, or couples with a dog (such as us). No noise heard from nearby hotels or the brewery. Beechworth is quieter than we recall from our last visit, so visit while your tourist dollar is appreciated. ##### Kenneth L.
