It was vey spacious and great detail in rustic Swiss chalet, Also very quiet and nearby many good trails.

Information given are wrong

There is nobody on site. Since Hotels.com is not providing the phone number of the hotel, we had to find it ourselves. Basically the person is giving you online where to get the key ! There is no breakfast including as it is stated in the ad, moreover, there is no spa as stated in the ad. I would have probably not choosen this hotel if I had know this before booking

Nettes, rustikales Zimmer. Aber...! Kompliziertes self-checkin. Der Eigentümer hat den Überblick nicht, wer, was, wann bezahlt hat. Trotz 12 Std. Vorauszahlung erhielt ich den Code für den Schlüsseltresor nicht und musste umständlich telefonisch nachfragen. Dafür kamen im Anschluss immer wieder unnötige Nachrichten vom Eigentümer. Das Zimmer ist zwar nett, aber die Decke sehr tief. Wer grösser als 180 cm ist, kann nicht gerade stehen. Im Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher um löslichen Kaffee zu machen. Milch oder Milchpulver fehlen leider. Im Dorf gibt es keine Verpflegungsmöglichkeit mit warmen Mahlzeiten. Im Nachbardorf (ca. 1km entfernt) ist dies möglich. Insgesamt eher ein Booking oder Airbnb Angebot, obwohl das Breakfast bekanntlich nicht erhältlich ist. Aus meiner Sicht kein Hotels.com Style. Etwas Gutes zum Schluss: Bequemes Bett.

Nous avons réservé comme d’habitude au dernier moment… Ce n’est pas une bonne option pour cet établissement. En effet les clés sont dans des box à code et nous n’avions pas reçu le code… et le numéro de téléphone de la réservation n’était pas le bon… Toutefois tout s’est bien fini avec un responsable fort sympathique.

Die Unterkunft war top. Wir hatten das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und mussten nochmals 38.- fürs Frühstück bezahlen.Ist für uns nicht nachvollziehbar. Am Anreisetag haben wir einmal Hamburger mit Pommes und einmal nur Hamburger gegessen,gemäss Karte,wäre noch gemischter Salat dabei.Dieser wurde aber nicht serviert. Verrechnet wurde trotzdem zwei Mal 24.40.- Nach Reklamation wurden dann 5.- abgezogen.Was ist mit dem Salat? Total überrissene Preise. Schade,für das tolle Restaurant. Leider konnte niemand Deutsch,man gibt sich auch keine Mühe dort.

Pure verwennerij

Het verblijf in Chalet dei Fiori liep iets anders dan gedacht. Bij aankomst bleek het Chalet helaas bezet. De eigenaar excuseerde zich voor de miscommunicatie maar bood ons een heerlijk alternatief aan in het hotel Stelle Alpina. Moesten wel iets bijbetalen maar dat was zeer de moeite waard. De suite was zeer comfortabel en het uitzicht op de vallei was fantastisch. Slapen in zeer comfortabele bedden en het geluid van de rivier op de achtergrond: pure verwennerij!

Un vrai chalet suisse, en plein coeur de la vallée de Bedretto, avec un calme absolu, une nourriture excellente, et plein de randonnées à faire...

Positiivinen yllätys!

Iltahämärässä vaikeuksia löytää. Mutta maisemat mennen tullen hotellille aivan upeat! Kauniisti sisustettu huone, ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä henkilökuntaa. Hotellin nimi hieman harhaanjohtava kun Stella Alpinassa kuitenkin yövyimme!

Sehr ruhige Lage

gemütlich eingerichtete Zimmer im Chalet mit allem, was benötigt wird. Wellness leider nur gegen Aufpreis. Frühstück mit Kaffee satt (oder Tee) und Saft, mit Ei, Honig Marmelade, Käse und Wurst, leider keine Brötchen. Wunderschöne Aussicht von der Wiese mit Liegestühlen. Sehr freundliche Bedienung, Verständigung kein Problem. Die Lage ist für Naturliebhaber, Wanderer und natürlich für uns als Motorrad fahrende Urlauber ideal, direkt an der Auffahrt zum Nufenpass. Wir kommen wieder!

Urdåligt och dyrt

Att behöva betala så mycket för att få bo i Stig Helmers annex är ett skämt, rummet låg till hälften inngrävt som källare och var rått och fuktigt, takhöjden 1.80, lakan och täcke torkade aldrig upp. Vi har bott på många hotell men ingenstans har det lyst igenom så tydligt att det är pengar man skall tjäna, jättedyr restaurang med hyfsad mat, felaktiga och glömda beställningar möttes med en italiensk axelryckning. Det som inte heller är bra att många av bilderna på hotels.com visar hur det stora hotellet Stella Alpina ser ut, bilderna har inget med annexet att göra. Ett riktigt dyrt bottennapp

Gemütliches Zimmer und uriger Umgebung

Klein aber feines Hotel bzw. Chalet. leider konnten wir die Umgebung wegen dem Schlechten Wetter nicht so sehr geniessen, dafür den kleinen Wellnesbereich um so mehr. Freundliche Bedienung und guten Wein :)
