When you come downstairs from the property, the beach is across the street. Easy check-in. Easy checkout. I would recommend better directions for unit number two. There are signs pointing you to the penthouse and signs for deliveries, but no signs for unit number two. Rental was for the 2nd floor of the house, with the third floor being another rental. The front portion of the house (which faces the ocean) is a nonprofit art museum open to the public (Miwok Gallery) The rental was extremely clean with comfy beds and plenty of extra blankets and bedding. The place was clean and easy to access. The layout is a little unique, but it is just as it is described in the ad so there were no surprises. I highly recommend. ##### Jonathan E.
