Upstairs are two very large beautifully decorated bedrooms attached with a Jack & Jill bathroom. The second bathroom is downstairs on the main level. We were only there for an overnight visit but there is a large spacious kitchen if you are staying longer. The location is a short distance "to the sand" at the beach and around the corner from popular breakfast spots like Uncle Will's. Easy walk from the beach. Easy to put your car away for the week and walk to restaurants, grocery store, mini-golf, Fantasy Island, etc. The one caveat is compared to the rest of LBI the neighborhood is somewhat busy/loud (but it's not busy/loud compared to a place like Wildwood). The house is nice, and well updated. It's 4 apartments in a single house. One other word of warning, if your neighbors are ever particularly loud, you'd be able to hear them. Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Steps to the beach and other charming spots in Beach Haven. The park across the street had a farmers market on Saturday.
