"They need to improve check in, the room was not ready at 4p. I tried to check in at 12p and 4p, my room was not ready until 445p and others were waiting as well. Upon checking out they did not provide a receipt stated I would get it later after the room was cleaned. I still haven’t received a receipt. They also put a $500 additional hold with the total I paid. Valet is $75 and self parking is $69. There is not any other overnight parking close by. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. "

"I stayed there for 4 nights and our was never cleaned. I asked for clean towels on day three and I gave the used towels to the attendants.On that same day, when we returned to our rooms only one bed was made. "

"Check in person was a disaster. Our room keys stopped working after one use. They fixed them and they died when we checked out today. I ordered a margarita at the bar and it was $30.00!!! Ugh. "

"The hotel is in a great location but the room and overall inside of the hotel doesn’t really look like the photos. It is not very clean or well kept. "
