If you want to experience world class fishing and also have resort level accommodations then this is the place for you. We fell in love with Sargent in 2020 and bought the Salt Creek in early 2022\. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. We love to get away and relax. Gavin , communicates very well and within 10 minutes. We stayed during alberto storm not a direct hit. Had some minor creek high tides. House is very nice and clean. Loved our stay . The owner was one point . Extremely helpful & quick to answer our questions. Highly recommend this home. We will definitely be back . Loved everything about our stay . Very big spacious back yard. We set up a volleyball net and had plenty of space! Great outdoor lighting. Very nice neighbor's. Very close to the water.. was bice for my 77 year old father . No steps to climb to get into the house. Plenty of family games to play on rainy days! House was nice size plenty of space for teenagers to run come and go and they had nice bedrooms for some peace and quite. When i contacted the owner he responded within 10 to 15 mins. Overall we loved this house and the location! Very nice setup! We will book again! ##### Laura B.
