The ground floor features a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), a bathroom, and a second WC, providing everything you need for an independent stay.



The house opens onto a 16 m² sunroom leading to a 15 m² terrace, ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the sun. A small gate gives direct access to a pine-bordered field that leads to the beach. After a day by the sea, you can rinse off easily at the garden water point.
