Perfect location in the city center, friendly staff, everything looks just like in the photos. Great value for money. It was a bit noisy, but that’s expected in the center — we came to enjoy the city, so it was fine!

A very good hotel. Clean room. Everything works well. Excellent location in the old town. I think they could improve the breakfast a little. But we would recommend the hotel, and stay there again.

Our Basic Suite was clean, spacious & comfortable. The only issue I have to report is that there was a persistent bad odor in the bathroom. It seemed like a plumbing issue because we could hear sound of flushing from some other bathroom of the hotel. Also, it would help if there had been --- a clothes hooks behind the bathroom door --- a rod or a hook near the sink for the hand towels --- a shelf near the sink for the guests' toiletries

Fusion of cultures and chacha time

Great stay, very welcoming and accommodating staff. Breakfast is brilliant and delicious. But the fact that you can start your day with a glass of wine and chacha makes it even better. Great terrace for morning breakfast. The delux room had a view of the sea and was clean and tidy. Even had a backgammon board to play. Has a feel of a Moroccan / Turkish style room set up making the true influence of Turkey on the region felt in the old town as a great piece of culture with a wonderful fusion of Georgian hospitality.

Great hotel. Has a beautiful view of the city from the balcony. The rooms are clean and the heat and hot water work well. This hotel is in the middle of Old Town, where there are lots of nice cafes and shops. While we were there, we went to Sushigo to have drinks and sushi, then to Location Bar to watch live music. Breakfast at the hotel is at 9 am, and includes meats, boiled eggs, rice, coffee and other foods. Wine was served with breakfast as well. Overall, it was a nice experience, and we plan to stay there again in the future.

We chose Old Town Batumi Hotel based on a blogger’s recommendation, and it was the perfect choice for our first visit to the city. We stayed in the Junior Suite, which was so spacious, with a modern bathroom with a brand-new shower and very comfortable beds. But the true gem of our stay was the lentil soup served at breakfast! Irina puts so much love into making it, and she even made the thoughtful gesture of coming in early to serve it for us before our departure. A huge thank you to: 🙏 Saba, who checked us in late on the 15th and welcomed us warmly at breakfast the following day. 🙏 The cheerful gentleman we saw at breakfast on Sunday the 16th. 🙏George, who was incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were well taken care of. 🙏 And of course, Irina, for her warmth, kindness, and her unforgettable cream soup—truly one of a kind! We would definitely return and highly recommend Old Town Batumi Hotel to anyone looking for a heartfelt and memorable stay.

Amazing hotel stay in a great central location. The rooftop bar is a highlight with views across Batumi to to black sea, and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely go back for a longer stay!

Nice small famoly hotel in the heart of old Batumi

Small hotel in the old Batumi. Nice personnel. Good breakfast and nice view on the roof terrasse. We liked our stay here with a touch of gergian hospitality. If you want to experience georgian touch, I recommend this hotel.

This boutique hotel offered clean and spacious rooms. Good location and good value. Nice breakfast served with reasonable variety which soup and wine were highlight. Staffs are nice. Definitely will stay here again!

Location is close to most of Batumi’s icon. Hotel is surrounded by international restaurants. The property is clean and staff were nice. The room was clean, bed was okay. Breakfast was well served and the daily soup was amazing. Thanks also to Saba from the front desk for being so nice and attentive! Thanks for a shot of wine!

The location is super. Walkable distance from Piazza square, Alli&Nino, very centrally located within Old Batumi. The hosts were friendly and cordial. Just a suggestion, if you could provide some sachets of coffee as well for the in room tea/coffee, it would be great.

Great time in Batumi

Greatly located hotel with super friendly staff. The breakfast is very good with reasonable variety. The facility is somewhat old but maintained in a decent shape. Idea for improvement: The chairs in the breakfast are too low for a table. Also, the staff can easily light up a cigarettes near the guests that eat breakfast. Besides those minor issues, the overall experience was very good. Me and my wife had a great stay there.

An authentic and great stay in Batumi

Wonderful place to stay in Batumi in the middle of the high season, at a very convenient location in Old Town. Somehow an unexpected issue emerged with our reservation, but the manager, Rezo (the "boss", as we affectionately call him!) addressed it very effectively and to our satisfaction. Many thanks!! Parking proved to not be an issue, the room was terrific, and breakfast was one of the highlights of our stay. An authentic and well-run place, we'd gladly return.

Worst ever

Doesn't worth the amount at all. Everywhere smells something bad. Reception stares at you with weird look. Hotel doesn't have a parking lot. Between 11-12am reception called me 20 times to leave the room although the checkout time is 12 am and I left exactly on time.

Better than Expected

After reading other reviews, this was better than expected. Comfortable bed, pillows and comforter. The brightness of the lights was an issue but the nice lady at the front desk was able to let me borrow a floor lamp so I was able to work from my laptop much better. There are a lot of food options close by so easy to run out and get lunch and dinner and back to work. Very close to all the attractions.
