The cottage stays cozy year-round thanks to heating and air conditioning. Property sits on 3.8 acres with plenty of room to be outside and over look the pond outside the back door or take a walk and wet your feet in the Comite river. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, this serene retreat offers an excellent base for your getaway. Our place will help you feel at home while you visit the Baton Rouge area. Property is less than 10 minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes from Tiger Stadium.
