« Wonderful little dairy nestled on a quiet farm. We really enjoyed the cows on the property visiting us. The kids enjoyed feeding them and greeting them each morning. Cozy home with the required amenities. Fire pit outside was a hit. Short drive to Hahndorf town and the Farm Barn. Thank you to our lovely hosts for the little birthday treat they left for my daughter for her birthday - it made her day. Thank you for a quiet few days away! »

« beautful house, great location, clean and as decribed. can't fault. if i had to offer anything constructive (but it didn't diminish from the stay) was the stove angle (leaning toward the back) made it difficult to cook eggs for instance as it pooled into the back end of the pan.also, the bbq wasn't looking great. wanted to use it but seemed very rusted on and even when i heated and cleaned, was looking little suspect. maybe get the hot plate seasoned again. »

« It was beautiful and so peaceful, i was very surprised of how big it was, the best way to describe it was a home away from home with bonuses, the 2 person spa was great, a private little room where you can relax, the bedroom was large and well kept, it was a very cozy sleep and the morning after just sitting out on the lounge having a morning coffee was peaceful, my only downfall is i didn't stay longer, if anyone is considering this property for a little romantic getaway i highly recommend it »

« A lovely cottage with so much style and history. Looks great in photos but even better in real life. It was so nice to stay in a freshly restored cottage but definitely not a cookie cutter decor. I also loved the town. I enjoyed a hot chocolate at Karkoo and great meal at the Oakbank hotel all within walking distance. Definitely recommend »
