Known as a ski resort in winter, Mt Buffalo has a lot to offer all year round. It is close enough to Bright for it to be an easy day trip up if you want to stay in hotels, if you are the type that love camping then it has an amazing camping ground. The park is dotted with some of the best walking trails that I have been on and some of the most amazing views. Mt Buffalo has it all, stunning vistas of the surrounding valleys, truely unique rock formations, stunning waterfalls and it is also abundant with native wildlife.

The Beechworth gorge is well worth a visit if you find yourself in Victoria's High Country. Nip in to the track up the top to find this series of amazing rock pools.
