It is very spacious with a big back yard and lots of fun for the kids. Grocery stores, restaurants and Starbucks are within walking distance. It's an easy drive to Snowmass, Buttermilk or Aspen for skiing. The only downside is the road noise if you are a light sleeper. It's very close to the grocery store as well as a bun h of shops and restaurants in Basalt. Even if you don't go out much they have a lot to do at the house with a great selection of games and activities. My family loved the cornhole, video games, ping pong and board games for the times we just wanted to stay in. The scenery all around is gorgeous and there is so much to do all around.
