Estimado Huésped, Lamento escuchar que su estancia no cumplió las expectativas esperadas en nuestras instalaciones. Leyendo cada una de las observaciones para nosotros, permítame contarle como operamos en el Hotel. 1. La tarifa y la acomodación que usted pago fue la asignada en su estadía, no estamos haciendo cobros diferentes a una habitación sencilla como lo dice la reserva y si, por políticas, toda persona adicional tendrá cobros adicionales, y lo que no contemple las reservas realizadas. 2. Durante su estancia no recibimos información sobre la televisión dañada, hubiéramos atendido inmediatamente su requerimiento, verificamos y no encontramos ningún daño en la misma. 3. Los calentadores del Hotel funcionan correctamente, no consideramos apagar los mismos y no sabemos quien pudo darle esa información que no corresponde a nuestros estándares de servicio. Teníamos más huéspedes con usted en el mismo piso y no tuvimos alguna queja por esto que menciona, sin embargo ofrecemos excusas si no salió a tiempo el agua calienta en su ducha. 4. La habitación ofrecida fue una habitación superior con balcón, una habitación tipo King con 27 mts 2 de tamaño. 5. La piscina es una medida estándar para el tipo de Hotel Collection un espacio para la exclusividad, lamentamos que no haya sido lo suficientemente grande para su experiencia en esa zona. 6. Acerca de la climatización de la piscina no contemplamos este tipo de calefacción por encontrarnos en una zona geográfica con temperaturas de 35 °C y superior. 7. Las neveras de minibar son el tamaño promedio de cualquier Hotel de la ciudad. 8. Nuestro desayuno cuenta con mas de 10 productos de variedades. Adicionalmente queremos manifestarle que no nos sentimos a gusto con el no pago del saldo aún pendiente, Cualquier información adicional estaremos atentos a resolverla,
