Nice private facility though difficult to get to and from after 8pm unless driving

Unica nota ositiva la cortesia del personale, il resto tutto da dimenticare come le condizioni della stanza pessima arredi e odori di muffa e mancanza di riscaldamento a muro, unica fonte una stufa a gas del resto pericolosa da tenere di notte di conseguenza notte passata al freddo.

Posto molto bello, personale cortese e disponibile, camera pulita e ben arredata. Ero solo di passaggio ma sarei rimasto qualche giorno in più! Anche Barletta è proprio una bella città! Lo e la consiglierei!

Super tijd gehad...!!!

Prachtige locatie, lieve eigenaar en vrouw. Ontzettend zorgzame schoonmaakdame, lekker ontbijt, heerlijk ontspannen in een heerlijke omgeving vlakbij o.a. de binnenstad, strand, uitvalswegen naar andere plaatsen etc.!!

The personnel ruins this great place

Booked for two nights, the first night we arrived there late and nobody was there to let us in. Tried to call earlier in the evening but calls wouldn't go through. Had to book and pay for another hotel for the first night, the owner kept insisting it was our fault. He didn't even bother sending an email to check if we were coming before he left and went home to sleep. The room was great though I must say we did feel very uncomfortable the second day at breakfast, with both the owner and the wife standing in turns across the room waiting for us to be done (we were the only guests there). And they insisted breakfast was until 9.30 and check out by 10.30 while in the room it said 10 and 11 respectively. Also they gave us the 'privilege' of using the pool to compensate for the fact we lost one night (no refund obviously), so don't expect to use the pool for free. And you need to bring your own towels as you are not allowed to use the ones from the bathroom "as they are white" (what kind of reasoning is that?). All in all, great place and great room but wow did they manage to ruin the last few days of our holiday!

Auf unserem Weg nach Sizilien hatten wir eine Nacht in Barletta eingeplant. Wir können uns aber vorstellen, dass man in dieser gepflegten Anlage in sehr ruhiger und abgeschiedener Umgebung auch länger verweilen könnte. Das Zimmer und vor allem die sanitären Anlagen sind sehr großzügig;das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch, aber ausreichend. Die Erreichbarkeit ist auf Grund der Lage auch mit Navi nicht ganz einfach, auch deshalb ist eine telefonische Absprache sinnvoll.

Attenti al "loculo".....

B & B molto bello e ben curato nei minimi dettagli. Ma............. Ho effettuato una prenotazione in questa struttura per 12 giorni per motivi lavorativi ma dopo 2 giorni sono andato via in quanto mi è stata assegnata una camera senza finestra, e alla richiesta di poterla cambiare mi è stato risposto che era impossibile in quanto il prezzo era basso proprio perché mancava la finestra, faccio notare che il prezzo pagato era di € 63 al giorno, non proprio bassissimo a mio avviso! Un altro motivo per cui sono andato via dalla struttura è stato la notevole scortesia da parte del proprietario, alla mia richiesta di una sdraio per la piscina mi è stato risposto che quello non era un lido! Nonostante la rispostaccia è andato comunque nel garage a prendere la sdraio, però uscendo dalla porta del garage mi ha lasciato la sdraio lì, appoggiata alla porta e mi ha detto che se l'avessi voluta, sarei dovuto andare a prendermela da solo! Quindi per concludere, la struttura e le stanze sono carine e curate, attenti che non vi assegnino "il loculo" stanza che si chiama Peperoncino, e speriamo che nel caso, utilizziate questa struttura, il proprietario sia di luna buona!
