Location is excellent. The place we got was too spacious, it could easily fit2 small families. For people looking at this option, remember, its an apartment not a hotel! Theres no 24 h concierge! The person who welcomed us was available by phone, he requested a a taxi to the airport for us, but again, you are given the keys and you're in and out on your own, which was fine with us. It would have been nice if there were few coffee pods (Nespresso machine was there) with some tea bags and sugar sachets. Recommend it.

Great Barcelona Apartment
My family of 6 arrived and immediately had contact with Albert from Serennia. He gave us perfect instructions and met us at the door. Checked us in, gave us a tour, recommendations, and advice. The room was perfect for all of us, plenty of room, great air conditioner, close to absolutely everything we could imagine.

Right in the centre of the city, this place is spacious and within walking distance of most attractions. Loads of shops and bars nearby and readily available taxis and public transport if you’re less keen on walking. Albert and his team are super accommodating and really welcoming -nothing is too much trouble. Perfect for a larger group of friends or family (like we were!).

Excellent! Super easy check in and check out. I needed taxis for the airport and access to a printer and they were so supportive. The apartment has excellent location with two delicious coffee shops for fast breakfast. The apartment was super clean and supper comfortable. Perfection!

Great location in a nice part of the city
The location was very convenient and Albert was efficient. We were in a 3-bedroom apartment on the 1st floor, the main bedroom was on the Main Street side, very noisy all night, the windows do not keep the noise out which is a shame. The apartment sleeps 7, we were 6, plenty of room, however, the kitchen is not very well equipped, we only wanted to cook breakfast and have pre-dinner drinks in the place but there was no frying pan, only 3 champagne glasses and no wine glasses, no tea towel. Loads of plates though??

Amazing apartment!

Lovely Barcelona trip
Great location. Incredibly helpful staff on arrival. Gave great tips for sightseeing and transportation. Apartment had nice layout but condition could have been better. Fridge handle hanging off and bathroom was looking very tired. Apartment could do with a bit of upgrading. Certainly not a terrible accommodation and for sure Didn’t spoil a thoroughly lovely experience in Barcelona.

Would thouroghly recommend....
We had two apartments for the weekend. Albert and the team made it very easy for us from check in to departure. Lots of recommendations of things to do. The location is perfect for accessing all areas of Barcelona. The apartments were both clean and spacious, with the facilities that you would need. If I return to Barcelona again, it is a no-brainer to book to stay at Serennia Apartments.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE
Awful Experience. The air conditioning was broken when we arrived. There are three bedrooms but only one has air conditioning. No hot water in the shower. The staff was rude when we reported the a/c problem. They told us they were to busy to help and it wasn’t their problem. We were told they would change our towels and once we asked for the towels they said we were responsible for washing them. We bought detergent and washed the towels and the dryer did not work, we had wet towels. Cold showers and wet towels. Two nights with a broken a/c and they finally sent a technician, to no avail. A/C still did not work properly. Uncomfortably hot in the apartment. It was an awful experience. We chose this place for the a/c since my husband and sister are diabetic. It was simply horrible. The condition of the apartment and the staffs lack of hospitality were inexcusable. The have a concierge for the building which I explained my distress and she offered to help by taking the wet towels to the terrace to dry. Would never recommend this property. Ruined my vacation in Barcelona. A lot of my time was spent trying to contact the management office and getting the problems corrected.

Overall the Serennia Apartments was not a “bad” stay, but there are some areas that need definite improvement Pros : This property has an excellent location, minutes from most everything that we wanted to do. It seemed like a safe area, there were restaurants, stores, shopping, etc located minutes away. The location is the best thing this property has going for it. The Staff is great. Albert went out of his way to assist us, we asked for coffee pods, he had them at our door a bit later. He even booked our taxi for us going to the airport the morning of our departure. The Room/Space - the apartment had a great view and plenty of space for our family of four. It had a little terrace where we could sit and have coffee or wine, a sitting area with a view overlooking the city street, and a living room. We did not feel cramped at all. The Cons: Cleanliness - The apartment was “just cleaned” and finished as we were arriving and checking in, but on getting into the apartment at the 4:00pm allowed checkin time the dishwasher was still running, there was an old towel on the top shelf and a dirty, used tissue as well. It was a little gross. The Bathroom - The bathroom was also dirty. Beside the toilet were obvious pee stains on the wall where the cleaners had missed or forgot to clean. The shower was also one of the worst we have ever stayed in. The water backed up and caused you to stand in an inch or two of water. There was mold and rot along the floor.

Apartment in Barcelona
We loved Barcelona and found the accommodation perfect for a family with children. Albert (who checked us in) was both very friendly and informative. The location was also very good for the airport and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a family who needs 2 bedrooms.

The staff contacted is in advence before Our stay and planned How to get the keys and check in just 8 houses/ apartments away from Our location where we would stay . It was like a great penthouse with three double beds and two singel beds. It was Fresh and spacious with a kitchen , nice balcony. Two bathrooms and the area around near pl Cataluña was great. 바르셀로나의 좋은추억이었습니다.
한국인입니다. 제가여행했던 유럽3도시중 가장 무난한 편안함을 준곳입니다. 호텔의 배려로 오전일찍 체크인을 해주셨고 빠른소통과 친절함이 돋보였어요. 저희5가족은 3베드룸 3층에서 숙박했고 엘리베이터를 이용했어요. 까탈루나광장,람블라스거리와 가까워서 도보이동할때와 metro와 버스정류장도 도보1,2분이어서 대중교통 이동시에 아주 좋은 위치적조건을 가지고있어요. 수압도 괜찮고 깨끗하진않아도 건조가능한 세탁기도 있긴하니 급할때 사용하면 좋을것같아요. 다만 겨울방학 시즌이라 그런가? 객실이 좀 추웠고 청결함은 그냥그랬어요. 그러나 유럽 이곳저곳을 다녀본결과 이이정도의 크기와 전체적인 상황을 봤을때 이가격이면 무난히 괜찮았던것같아요. 덕분에 바르셀로나에서 즐거운 3박4일을 보냈습니다.

가족 여행으로 방문한 숙소입니다. 관리자와 연락은 아주 유연하게 잘됐고, 체크인 과정도 쉬웠습니다. 소파나 침대 쿠션에 사용감은 좀 있지만 몇일만 이용하는거니 불편하진 않았습니다. 다만 큰방쪽 침실은 밖이 너무 시끄러워서 잠을 잘 못잤다고 합니다. 귀마개라도 가져가면 좋을것 같습니다 이외에 위치는 아주 좋습니다 관광하기

Maravilloso piso en el centro de Barcelona
Ha sido una estancia estupenda. Suficientemente amplio para 5 personas. Tiene capacidad para algunas mas. A solo unos minutos de la Plaza Cataluña. Y frente al metro de Plaza Universidad. La atención de Albert fue estupenda desde el minuto uno de nuestra llegada. Es mas bonito y grande in situ que en el anuncio. Recomendado, sin lugar a dudas.
