This incredible apartment of approximately 70 m², with a large solarium of 35 m², is located in a building with a lift (attic) and offers the option of private parking for €25/day. In addition, you can enjoy a beautiful garden and a refreshing community pool. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transport, with the Joanic metro station (L 4) within walking distance. This triplex apartment presents a dynamic and modern design that develops on three levels. On the first level, you will find the common areas, which include a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The second level is intended for rest areas, with two comfortable double rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other room has two single beds and also access to the same terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub is located next to these rooms. On the third level, you can enjoy a large terrace where you can relax, sunbathe or enjoy a drink. It is a perfect place for pleasant evenings. In addition, the apartment has a large outdoor pool that will allow you to spend memorable days or simply relax. ✅ Please note the following important information before booking: \-: The Property Manager will send you bank details like (IBAN: ES97 2100 \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* \*\*\*\* 4518) exact after the reservation to make the 100% payment (Check your spam/junk mail folder too). \-: The remaining tourist tax must be paid atleast 2 days before check-in by online check-in system or on arrival. \-: A security deposit will be preautherized on credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link.
